is very much true in case of people leaving in Cities like Bangalore.
People work 24/7 most of the days, with their busy schedule all the day
they have no time to release their stress. Take it from school
children’s to college students and professionals to Youths. People are
not comfortable balancing their personal and professional life.
Starting from the morning people see traffic on roads, Polluted environments, eat fast foods etc and on top of this they have their own financial commitments with personal tensions which imbalances their emotional feelings. People work so hard to meet their needs ignoring their health and personal care.
After exercise and Mediation scientists have proved that Music can be the No1 Stress buster irrespective of people and their ages. Music is not only restricted to instruments it’s also can been seen in nature in the form of Thunder storms, Rains and birds singing. Music is such a powerful gift which impacts on our emotions and physical responses, an angry person who listens to music will calm down, where a baby who can’t understand the words we speak can react to music and sleeps to mom’s lullaby.
Listening to Music will relax your body and gives you peace of mind. Close your eyes for a min and start listening to your favorite number you will surely forget all the worries. Your heart beats slowly and your mind travels in a different world. It’s entirely dependent on the individual on which style and length of music will make him feel relaxed. Small kids enjoy Rhymes, Youth enjoys Hip Hop/fast music and Old people enjoy classical songs and some enjoys music from instruments. You decide on kind of music which helps you to reduce your stress and make you feel happy.
Researchers have proved that Music can also be used to diagnose certain diseases and one of the major ones is Heart Diseases. Heart patients will be under more stress and it will get worst on various medical procedures involved in diagnosing. Stress in heart patients can increase Blood pressure which leads to more risk in heart attacks.
Listening to music will surely decrease the blood pressure and reduces heart rate which will reduce the risk.
Pregnancy is a stressful period for many mothers; because of long time involved in this procedure they suffer anxiety and depression. This may lead more risk in delivering a baby and the process may become more complicated.
It’s proved that listening to music will help reduce stress and depression in pregnant ladies. They fell stronger and relaxed which reduces the risk in the process
